WAY TOO LATE…

Hello everyone! Wow…you know…I’d better post here more often…or else people will think I’ve died. Well…I’m VERY much alive and well! Ready for a quick update…my film “The Wild Stallion” is coming out soon starring Miranda Cosgrove from “iCarly”, Robert Wagner, my dear friend KC Clyde, Paul Sorvino, Danielle Chuchran, Fred Ward, Connie Sellecca, and myself among others! It should be a fun family film for everyone to enjoy! Craig Clyde (KC’s dad) was the writer/director and happens to be a second father to me. It was a BLAST to shoot! I hope you all like it. I’m playing a lot of music lately…heading back up to the Seattle area with Kirby the end of June to visit my dear friends up there…I CAN’T WAIT! School is going great…still plugging away at the pre-med stuff. Don’t worry…I’ll be an actor/musician til I die and hope to produce again soon…I just figure I’d better have a career in academia before I’d officially be a dirty old man on campus:) Family is great and growing. I’m loving every moment of my life right now…my wife and kids are beautiful and more wonderful than I could have ever imagined. I’m also satisfying my adrenaline junkyness by working as an EMT for Iron County Ambulance in southern Utah. I’m on a Special Operations rescue team as well specializing in High angle, Swift water, and Hazmat rescue…jack of all…master of none:) Just trying to live up to my motto…try everything…and maybe you’ll be good at something:) Love you all. I’ll write again soon. Cheers, Corb

A lot has happened…

Seasons Greetings everyone! It’s Corbin here. It’s been over SIX MONTHS since I’ve posted here…and for those of you who check in often…I’m sorry about the delay. Well…let’s see…another semester at Southern Utah University is complete…the grades are steady…and the goals are in sight. However…it hasn’t been an easy semester…but it has been wonderful! I am currently playing music as often as possible and have performed several shows here in Utah, California, and Seattle. It’s been awesome…and a necessary break from science classes. I am currently working as an EMT on an ambulance crew here in Cedar City, and also on a Special Operations Rescue team. It’s right up my alley as anyone who knows me would attest. It’s been amazing to step outside the entertainment industry and work with people on a one on one basis with the sole purpose of saving their lives! It’s been amazing and has only reinforced my decision to pursue a career in medicine…all the while remaining loyal to my passion for film, television, and music. I plan on shooting two films in 2009 so stay tuned for them as both are in the early stages of pre-production. AND…on the happiest note of all…I’m a dad again. McKenzie and I welcomed a little girl, Skylar Allred, to our lives on November 18th. She’s perfect…and beautiful…and both mom and baby are happy and healthy. We’ve been SO blessed this year to have wonderful family and friends close to help us in all the changes we’ve experienced. We look forward to 2009 and what surprises it may hold. Until then…I will keep plugging away at all the things I love and hope to see all my friends and fans along the path. Merry Christmas to you all. Love, Corbin

BIOGRAPHY

Corbin Allred was born on May 25, 1979 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Michael and Diane Allred. He is the second oldest of four. Growing up in an extremely close family, Corbin’s parents, his older brother Jason, and two younger sisters, Aleece and Kelsey were and are his biggest supporters and fans. From the very beginning, Corbin developed a serious imagination. Pretending to be someone else was always a favorite past time. During one year at Oakdale Elementary he gave a haunting performance playing Banquo in the schools production of Shakespeares Macbeth. He loved being in front of people and causing them to feel emotion. This was only the beginning. Who would of have thought back then that this performance would be the first of his career? Nobody had a clue about what was to come, especially not Corbin. One day, when Corbin was about 11 years old, he was hanging out at a close friends house. His friends mom announced that it was time to go to “clogging” practice. Corbin had no idea what this woman was talking about. His friend then informed him that he had started taking dance classes at a local studio and that he had to go to clogging class that night
